AI workflows that move from messy to useful.

I’m Kevin Pham — a product-minded AI implementation and workflow automation specialist. I translate user problems, support friction, and operational handoffs into practical automations, prototypes, and tools people can actually use.

Selected work

Three examples of my work: a shipped product, an AI workflow automation prototype, and a product feedback assistant prototype.

Live product

Plendy — location-based experience app

Founder and solo builder of a live App Store app that helps people save, organize, and share location-based experiences.

FlutterFirebaseMaps/PlacesPostHogAI-assisted development
  • Handled product strategy, UX, implementation, testing, release, and early growth experiments.
  • Built authentication, saved experiences, sharing flows, location features, analytics, and discovery links.
  • Used AI-assisted workflows to prototype, debug, document, and iterate across release workstreams.
Portfolio prototype

AI Intake Triage Workflow

A client/service intake workflow that turns messy requests into structured handoffs.

Workflow mappingAI classificationRouting logicOps dashboard
  • Captures an unstructured request and generates summary, urgency, category, owner, and next action.
  • Models the handoff between intake, AI triage, ownership, and notification.
  • Designed to translate into Airtable/Notion + Zapier/Make/n8n + OpenAI/Claude + Slack/Gmail.

How I work

My strongest lane is practical implementation: understand the workflow, shape the tool, prototype quickly, and help users adopt it.

Workflow-first implementation

I’m most useful where business needs, user behavior, and technical tools meet. The goal is not “add AI.” The goal is a better workflow.

1
Map the messy processClarify who does what, where handoffs break, and what information is missing.
2
Design the useful versionDefine the inputs, rules, owner routing, user experience, and success criteria.
3
Prototype with AI and automation toolsBuild a working version fast enough for users to react to it.
4
Document, train, and iterateMake the system understandable, maintainable, and adoptable.

Best-fit roles

AI Implementation SpecialistAI adoption, workflow design, enablement, tools.
Workflow Automation SpecialistProcess improvement, routing, dashboards, handoffs.
Technical Implementation SpecialistConfiguration, support, onboarding, user education.
Product Support / Product OpsFeedback loops, QA, documentation, support-to-product translation.

Positioning note: I’m not selling myself as a deep ML engineer. I’m strongest at implementation, translation, prototyping, and adoption.

KP

Product-minded builder with a technical support backbone, product/design instincts, and hands-on AI-assisted development experience.

Background

I’ve worked across technical support, web/product design, startup product building, and AI-assisted software prototyping. At Brown & Streza, I supported legal staff through technical issues, remote support, ticket workflows, and incident recovery. As a freelance web designer and startup co-founder, I translated client and user needs into digital product decisions.

Most recently, I built and launched Plendy, a Flutter/Firebase app with location-based saving, sharing flows, analytics, social attribution, and App Store release work. That experience sharpened the lane I’m pursuing now: AI implementation, workflow automation, and product-minded prototyping.

Let’s make the workflow less painful.
